Introduction to Ballet-(ages 4 to 5)  In this class we will begin to incorporate more elements of traditional ballet technique. Developing strength, balance, coordination and flexibility. Your child will start to learn proper body alignment as well as barre and center floor exercises. Our classes will challenge the students both mentally and physically, while maintaining a fun and creative atmosphere.

Beginner Ballet-(ages 6 to 7)   In this class students learn a full ballet barre with a focus on the fundamental exercises.  Students learn step combinations, both traveling and in place, while expanding their ballet vocabulary. As age and levels progress, the ballet barre and step combinations become faster and more complicated while students learn to combine technique and artistry.  Students master a variety of movements in a non-competitive but challenging environment. Advanced students are prepared for working on pointe.

Freestyle Hip Hop-(ages 4 to 7)  A high-energy class that uses the latest sounds in rap, R&B and pop music together with movements influenced by some of today’s hottest video choreographers.  Hip Hop encompasses movement that has elements of poppin', locking, and breaking as well as freestyle movement to give students the opportunity to develop their own sense of style.

Adult Ballet-(ages 18+)  This class is designed for students to continue their developing knowledge of ballet with slow and thorough exercises to ensure a better understanding of proper body placement and positioning. Most of the barre exercises will be done with only one hand on the barre. The center work will teach simple pirouettes, linking steps, large poses, and simple jumps.
